​The Choice Maintenance team is here to help you design a one of a kind landscape that will suit all of your outdoor needs. Our team has designed spaces to help clients address water retention issues, privacy from neighbors and common yard eyesores, and even helped create a more low maintenance outdoor space that is just as functional and even more beautiful than before. 

Our team will help you every step of the way, from landscape planning all the way through the plant and material selection and installation process! Residential Landscape Design Process and Services
After our team evaluates your yard, we will draft a landscape estimate which will include an estimated cost of the project as well as a timeframe for which the project should take to complete. Once we receive approval from you, the client, we will get to work removing any pre-existing landscape. Because Choice Maintenance specializes in completing residential landscape projects from start to finish and we stand behind our work, quality and sustainability are our top priorities. Choice Maintenance warranties our plants and will provide a warranty list to clients upon request. If a plant under warranty that we have installed dies, we will replace it for no cost to the client. 

Residential Landscape Maintenance
After your beautiful new landscape is installed, our team is happy to maintain your landscape with our specialized property maintenance services: 

• Mowing Services take place on a weekly bases in the growing season (think Summer time) and a bi-weekly basis when grass is dormant (Winter).
• Trimming Services take place monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or by request.
• Weeding Services are offered once per month. 

We have designated crews who carry out each service branch of our company so you can rest assured that the best team for the job will be out there completing it.
